  I come here all the time just to look at the fish with my 1 year old. We have yet to make a purchase. The staff are lovely about it, and super knowledgeable. When I do eventually make the pet owner plunge, it will definitely be here.

  I was thinking that I would receive a good treatment and I only received bad faces from the vendors who misinterpreted what I said and refused to sell me a fish. They do not understand that foreign people have difficulties understanding the language. She understood that I had a fish in a 30L aquarium with water cycled when I only had the aquarium with the water cycled. Basically she called me a liar for "changing the story twice" instead of bothering to understand the foreign people, since she spoke so fast that I couldn't barely understand anything of what the blonde arrogant girl was saying. And they would still expect me to buy the fish tank without a fish. It's a shop with double standards, they talk about not having the fish in small spaces when they keep them crowded in 30L with the excuse that it is "temporary", and then they get amazed that they die young. I do not recommend this shop to anyone, bad treatment and bad fish care.
